Who We Are

Who We Are

Our humble beginning...

As with most things in life, good ideas and necessity are the "mothers of all inventions." In the summer of 1996 the three founding members banded together, after losing their storage spots, to find a place that they could store their cars and work on them over the winter months. The space located was larger than anticipated and it was decided that the space could be rented to others, like themselves, wanting a space to store and work.

From those early beginnings of 9 cars to at one time up to 40 cars, being stored and worked on, and many are waiting to get in, a Club was formed. The one common factor: "We are All Car Crazy" - Although MOPARS were the model of the day back in the beginning, the Club embraced the “ALL MAKES, ALL MODELS, ALL YEARS” philosophy that rules the Club today.

..... and continued ....

As the Club grew and grew up, helping those less fortunate became one of our challenges, and through our beloved hobby, we raise money yearly for local charities. At our shows we run raffles and donation drives. Our Saturday Night Show N’ Shine Cruise is co-sponsored by several area businesses, where we swap lies, enjoy music, raise some money and look at the beauties from our youth ... the cars from that era, in addition to the muscle cars of today that will be tomorrow's classics.

We have hosted and co-hosted many events over the past 30 years - "Classics in the Country", "Planet Ford Roundup", "A & W Friday Night Cruise In", "Stage West Oldies Dinner & Dance", and "Classics On The Square" (at Mississauga City Hall Celebration Square), The Classics & Rods Review Show (at Paramount Fine Foods (Formerly Hershey Centre))

..... and we continue today ….

We continue with changes, notably, our SHOW N’ SHINE is held on Saturday evenings from 4pm - Dusk at the Dixie Outlet Mall (Dixie road at the QEW). Starting in 2025 we took up the challenge of hosting “MOPAR SPRING FLING.” (See our ad here on Facebook). Additionally, we do up to half a dozen small shows out in the community.

IF you have a car that would be of interest to people in this car culture, you are welcome to join us. “ALL MAKES, ALL MODELS, ALL YEARS” does NOT mean the everyday rides that we all see parked on the highways today, BUT there are some really cool rides out there that, surprisingly, are not "classics"... and we'd love to see them.
